Delete your account from the app

The fastest way to delete your own account:

• Open the ClinicAI app and sign in.
• Go to Settings.
• Tap “Delete account”, confirm, and enter your password.

Your login and personal profile are removed and you are signed out on all devices.

Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify your identity before processing. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

Clinic data (for clinic owners)

ClinicAI is used by clinic teams, and patient/clinical records belong to the clinic, not to an individual staff account. Deleting a staff account removes that person’s access and profile but does not delete the clinic’s records. To delete an entire clinic workspace and its patient data, the clinic owner should request it from Settings, or email [email protected] as the clinic owner.

What is deleted

• Your account credentials and authentication data.
• Your personal profile (name, email, phone, avatar) and role membership.
• For a clinic-wide deletion: the clinic’s patients, appointments, notes, prescriptions, invoices, and related records.

What may be retained

We may retain limited information where required to meet legal, accounting, tax, or security obligations, or to resolve disputes and enforce agreements — for example, invoicing records mandated by law. Retained data is kept only as long as necessary and is protected in line with our Privacy Policy. Backups are purged on a rolling schedule.

Timeline

In-app account deletion takes effect immediately. Email requests are actioned within 30 days of verification. Residual copies in encrypted backups are removed within 90 days.
