Terms of Service

Last updated: July 9, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ClinicAI application and website (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a clinic or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

1. The Service

ClinicAI provides practice-management tools for clinics — scheduling, patient records, clinical documentation, finance, and AI-assisted decision support. The Service is intended for licensed healthcare providers and their authorized staff and is not a patient-facing product.

2. Medical & AI disclaimer

ClinicAI is an administrative and decision-support tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and its AI features are not a substitute for professional clinical judgment. The treating clinician is solely responsible for all clinical decisions and for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on or acting on it. Never disregard professional medical judgment because of information produced by the Service.

3. Accounts & eligibility

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must have the authority and any professional licensing required to use the Service in your role.
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service unlawfully or in violation of applicable medical, privacy, or data-protection laws.
  • Upload data you lack the right or consent to process.
  • Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or probe or breach security.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service or interfere with its operation.

5. Customer data

As between you and ClinicAI, your clinic owns the data it enters. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that data to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required patient consent for the information you store. You can request deletion at any time — see Account & data deletion.

6. Subscriptions & fees

Some features may require a paid subscription. Applicable fees, billing cycles, and taxes will be presented before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual property

ClinicAI and its software, design, and trademarks are owned by ClinicAI and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling on termination follows our Privacy Policy and deletion process.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClinicAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability arising out of the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the competent courts of Egypt will have jurisdiction, unless a different mandatory law applies to you.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
